1. Shipping Rates & Costs

We are pleased to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom. No minimum spend is required.

2. Processing & Delivery Times

• Order Processing: All orders are processed within  1 business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

• Transit Time: Once dispatched, standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days.

• Total Estimated Delivery: You can expect your AuraLuxe™ Wand to arrive within 4–7 business days from the date of purchase.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we focus on providing the best possible service to our customers within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

5. Damages & Issues

AuraLuxe™ is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact our support team at support@auraluxebeauty.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the device. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. AuraLuxe™ is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
