AuraLuxe™ Returns & Refunds Policy

At AuraLuxe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’ve changed your mind, we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for any reason. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with all original packaging and accessories included. We accept returns for buyer's remorse.

2. How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team at support@auraluxe.nl. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and our designated UK Return Address. Do not send items back to the address on your shipping label.

3. Return Shipping Costs

• Faulty or Damaged Items: If your item is defective or arrives damaged, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

• Change of Mind: For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs to our UK facility.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
